The anti pattern described is the foundation of virtually all religions - especially the Christian religion. Sin no more and thou shall be forgiven is therfore by this definition an anti pattern? Hmmm Just interesting. That's all. So here goes... God God it hurts when I do that. (God) Don't do that!

I remember my doctor, now deceased, he was 75 and had been a doctor for 40 years, sort of old guard. The patient called saying "doctor when I watch upward I feel dizzy!" - answer: "then do not watch upward", and hangs the phone.
The good news is: it worked! lol
