Google is not an anomaly:
A blueprint for inventing and building innovative and successful user-centric products is a great talk I caught at Stanford a few weeks back, and forgot to post... the whole talk is online. Great stuff.
er, that talk isn't online, at that link at least. I dug around and couldn't find it. Anyone have a correct link?
you could try http://stanford-online.stanford.edu/courses/cs547/020111-cs547-100.asx ... it don't work on my Mac but the reference is right.
Any one know of a transcript online? The bottom of her linked page reads "View this talk on line at CS547" and further investigation found: "Video is on Stanford OnLine. On-line videos of past presentations are hosted at http://stanford-online.stanford.edu/murl/cs547"
I saw this live-- I don't think there is a transcript, but it's wortht he suffereing ot watch (or rather listen to) the talk.
