A: The same way I do things now. I just go around and keep saying it over and over again.

I felt it was more about Jef's tireless (and bullheaded -- that's part of his charm) efforts to get things to be more usable. where would you place it?

For the most part, your probably using half of his concepts if you own a MAC.
But not his recent concepts.

A: No, not even close.
I'd like to think he is focusing on just a few areas of OSX that aren't very user friendly and choosing to let that drive his opinion about the whole thing when he says something like "not even close." Obviously, as a whole, OSX does not suck.
Personally, I don't like the dock much. He might say the same thing, but would make it sound like undisputable fact backed up by evidence of some kind. He always sounds so bitter.
