As many of your know, I am a big fan of napster and gnutella. I moved to gnutella, figuring it was more robust than napster-- since it doesn't have servers, it is too slippery for prosecution (and it's open source..) However, napster has smart lawyers, and it looks like they are fighting back, and fighting back in a way that may change how music is handled online. They've accused the music companies of anti-trust activities.
