Was pointed to this article by the CHI-WEB list: Text and Margin Width Influences which helps sort out the #1 question that comes from liquid design: are those long lines of text interfering with people’s ability to read?

    I simply can’t stand sites with long text, I was hoping to find an article supporting that it was harder to read, i was told it was, as is text that is to short in width.

    Do you know links that support it being bad to span the full 1024 pixels? I wonder what 8 inches is on a browser, and how that compares to a 1024 width screen res.
