very smart-- rather than just an icon linking to a form that allows you to email to a pal, they embed the form at the bottom of the page. Real estate is much cheaper at the bottom of a page, it is the natural location for doing the next thing, and presenting the form there captures the user's enthusiasm before they can move on to the next article.
