These are tool associated with user data. I note the now becoming pervasive hammer for "settings." List, profile and album are all pretty obvious.
Personally, after playing with the feature, I would have used a post-it for scrapbook rather than the classic edit icon. And named it scraps or notes. or stickes, if apple wouldn't sue.
later: okay I take it back-- it seems to be a guestbook. Which makes the naming/icon even worse.
