the developer in me says-- did they get the placement right? browser bug?
the designer in me says, oh, artsy.
design aside, what do folks think of the prepopulated text field / dropdown in which the first choice is instructions.
these are hugely verboten in all interface guides, and I've got some data that suggest it impairs usage, but...?
